When you are in need of parts we request that you please have the model number and serial/QA number of the product available when you call the distributor.  RKI requires serial/QA number verification on all parts ordered.  Without this verification we will not guarantee parts ordered or allow them to be returned for credit. 

Additionally, our distributors will be happy to assist you with a parts breakdown for your product if needed but again the model number and serial/QA number are required to assure the correct file is sent to you.
